The Management Committee for the Pamplona Credit Opportunities ("PCO") Fund has overall executive responsibility for the PCO business. The role of the Management Committee includes approving risk limits, valuation policies and operational procedures, setting the marketing policy and reviewing the compensation structure for the PCO business.
